Cuban Pulled Pork Tacos with Southern Slaw

Cuban Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 pounds of pork shoulder or pork butt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds.
  4. Once done, use two forks to shred the pork. Toss it in the flavorful cooking juices.
