  • 1/2 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mango slices, lime wedges, and fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Pour 2 oz of white rum into the shaker, and add ice cubes to your desired level.

Step 5: Shake and Strain

Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled. Then, strain it into a highball glass filled with ice, allowing the flavorful liquid to flow in.

Step 6: Top with Sparkling Water

Top up your Caribbean Mango Mojito with sparkling water or club soda. Adjust the amount to achieve your preferred level of effervescence.

Step 7: Garnish and Sip

Add a slice of mango, a lime wedge, and a sprig of fresh mint for a delightful garnish. Then, raise your glass, and enjoy the refreshing taste of the Caribbean.
