  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
  • 1/4 cup mango juice or orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Mango BBQ Sauce:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mangoes, BBQ sauce, mango juice (or orange juice), minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

2. Preparing the Ribs:

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 300-325°F or 150-160°C).
  • Season the racks of ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes per side, or until they are tender and cooked through.

3. Glazing with Mango BBQ Sauce:

  • During the last 15 minutes of grilling, generously brush the ribs with the prepared Mango BBQ Sauce on both sides.
  • Allow the ribs to cook for another 10-15 minutes, basting with more sauce as needed, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.

4. Serving:

  • Once the ribs are cooked to perfection and the sauce is beautifully caramelized, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the racks of ribs between the bones and transfer them to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves for a burst of color and freshness.

5. Enjoying the Tropical Delight:

  • Serve your Mango BBQ Ribs hot and enjoy the explosion of flavors with each tender, juicy bite.
  • Pair them with your favorite summer sides like coleslaw, cornbread, or grilled vegetables for a complete and satisfying meal.
